"MY APOLOGY TO LUPE FIASCO
Dear Mr. Fiasco,
I would like to take a moment to apologize to you...to apologize to you for doubting your abilities. I apologize to you for saying you were a sh*tty lyricists, your beats were trash, and not even a drunk wanted to partake of your bars. I make this apology because, well, I took a chance about a week ago by purchasing your newest album The Cool. I popped it into my laptop, ripped the songs to my Windows Media Player, and began to put the songs onto my Sansa MP3 player, then...then began a journey from "Go Go Gadget Flow" along to "Superstar" continuing on through "Streets on Fire", "Little Weapon", "Hip Hop Saved My Life", "Put You on Game", all the way through to "Go Baby" and "Hello/Goodbye". Mr. Fiasco I hated "The Instrumental" and couldn't stand listening to "Kick, Push". I made my best attempts to stay away from your songs as they were just annoying like "The Instrumental". But as I listened to The Cool I couldn't help but fall in love with your hypnotizing flow and succinct delivery with REAL lyrics. I salute you Lupe Fiasco. You changed my mindset on your music. You flipped my view of you and should expect me to purchase your next album LUPN.
P.S.: if you haven't bought, stolen, bootlegged, or otherwise gotten this album, I suggest you get up out of your computer chair, off your bed, etc and go to your nearest Record Store, street corner, website, etc and get this album.
P.S.S.: I don't condone stealing music.
P.S.S.S.: I don't condone bootlegging either.
P.S.S.S.S.: I also don't condone selling drugs...........past 3 AM.
P.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.: What the hell does the 'S' in P.S. mean anyway?"
