the neptunes are dope, but i don't know if they on THAT level. pharrell should stop making beats w/o chad tho, cuz something is super missing from them
Hmm....those 90s beats were pretty lame. Sounds nothing like their current style. And I have to agree with S-Preme, The Neptunes are good, but they aren't the best in Hip Hop. I'd put Kanye West and Timbaland before them on any day. Still one of my favorite production groups though.
